Working out on your own and trying to stay and get in shape during the off-season is difficult, since there will be nothing that will put you into good wrestling shape unless you’re doing actual drilling and wrestling.

However, you can build up your endurance and run in your spare time as much as you can, like 1-2 mile runs every now and then, and keeping up with push-ups, jump-squats, and sit-ups.

If you REALLY want to stay in shape, I recommend searching for a wrestling club nearby. Open mats tend to be free, and you can wrestle there and get a work-out.

There are also camps over the summer, too.
